Actually this is the 10th doctor. Played by David Tennant not Matt Smith, so he doesn’t have a bowtie, Only the 11th doctor.

It’s not about accuracy. It’s about preference. I do like Matt Smith’s Doctor more than David Tennant’s. So if there were a manga, I would prefer it be with the 11th. Though I still can’t deny how pretty Tennant is, especially in this picture.

no he should not, david tannent never had a bowtie as the doctor only when he had to play a servant in alternate london. so the picture is acurate as it should be

No, we were talking about the man down by Donna. I can’t think of any other man besides Jack to be featured so other than the Master.

Nah, the look is all wrong for the 9th Doctor. Too much hair, and he should be in a black leather jacket. I’m thinking more along the lines of the Master/Harold Saxon.
