ST Tail is a crafty thief of rare art that loves to confound the police with notes announcing her targets. I would also add Lupin III. His legendary tricks continue to surprise us nearly 30 years later. Two other titles I would include are CLAMP’s Man of the Many Faces and Matsuri AKINO’s Kamen Tantai.

Also I am not sure if I would include, From Eroica with Love, even if craftiness happens.
