The premise of Kamikaze Kaito Jeane doesn’t appeal to me. I’ve looked at Full Moon a few times, but it seems like a real tear-jerker, and I’m not into deliberately putting myself into that kind of situation. Time Strange looks interesting, and it’s short, and even better incentive. Sakurahime I’ll give a try too.

Hm… Try Full Moon wo Sagashite? I never finished reading the manga, but I did see the anime, and I don’t think they vary that much (I hear the manga’s just a tad darker). I’m not a Tanemura fan by ANY stretch of the imagination – her manga’s a bit soulless and sometimes incomprehensible for me, and the completely serious shojo-overload artwork is a bit much – but I enjoyed Full Moon. I have also heard positive things about Kamikaze Kaito Jeane, but I can’t vouch for that.

I forgot I had Time Stranger Kyoko complete (that how out of control my manga collection has gotten). I remember liking the preview chapter in Shojo Beat, so I’m gonna give that a try. If I remember correctly, it seemed different, in a good way.

I can sympithize with trying to find a title by Tanemura with a decent story but I think it’s a lost cause on my part all I can say is I like the artwork storywise maybe have somebody else do the story (ala Detah Note) but I dont think that would happan oh well
