I only got to go to one of those, at the Universal amphitheater, for Dark at the End of the Tunnel. But even there, in the structured atmosphere, everyone was friendly, and that was a fun time too! Sorry you missed them. You can get their final concert on DVD though. You don’t get the feeling of the crowd as much, but it’s lots of fun to watch Danny Elfman bounce around the stage.
I have all of their CDs, so I’m good with it.

D: Now I know what I missed out on!
