The Picks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Connie\u2019s Pick:<\/strong> \u00a0Nostalgia has me choosing X 3-in-1 volume 1<\/strong> as my favorite this week. \u00a0X<\/em> was the first CLAMP series I read, and it\u2019s still my favorite. \u00a0The story can be a little convoluted at times, but the art is some of my absolute favorite in any manga, and I love the main characters. \u00a0Princess Knight volume 1<\/em> is another fine choice this week, and I love Tezuka, but Princess Knight<\/em> is most definitely not my favorite of his work.<\/p>\n

Justin’s pick:<\/strong> I know there are doubts about Princess Knight<\/strong>, but I\u2019d be a fool not to check it out. For me, it\u2019s an old-school week, because my only other interest is in RIN-NE<\/em>. I know it\u2019s not the greatest, but Rumiko Takahashi is like a first love for me: all her work gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling.<\/p>\n

John\u2019s Pick:<\/strong> Twin Spica<\/strong> is still going strong. I have really enjoyed the way this space camp epic has evolved into such a big story.<\/p>\n

Lori\u2019s Pick:<\/strong> My daughter’s has been waiting with bated breath for the final Mega Man Gigamix<\/strong> volume to come out, so I\u2019m going to make it my pick this week. And I have to admit an interest in Princess Knight<\/strong>. I enjoyed the chapter Viz ran in Shojo Beat years ago, so I would really like to read more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
