And Dark Horse keeps itself in the manga publishing game, even with it&#8217;s unpreditable schedule. No one&#8217;s complaining though. Volume 37 TP (non-Westernized edition), $10.99<\/em> <strong>**Weekly Pick**<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>VIZ MEDIA<\/strong><br \/>\nBiomega Volume 5 GN, $12.99<br \/>\nInu Yasha Volume 6 GN (VIZBIG Edition), $17.99<br \/>\nJormungand Volume 6 GN, $12.99<br \/>\n<em>Maoh Juvenile Remix Volume 4 TP, $9.99<\/em> <strong>**Weekly Pick**<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Picks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Justin&#8217;s Pick:<\/strong>Kosuke Fujishima&#8217;s long running manga <strong>Oh My Goddess!<\/strong> really stands out&#8211;it&#8217;s<strong> <\/strong>gorgeous, funny, and one of the earliest manga Dark Horse published. They&#8217;ve been translating this funny saga of a boy and his goddesses for something like twenty or more years. Nowadays, Dark Horse&#8217;s bread and butter manga are more violent and action oriented Shonen and Seinen titles, but its strength in terms of art, characters, and humor, means <em>OMG!<\/em> stands tall while other manga come and go. If you&#8217;ve never taken a look at <em>Oh My Goddess!<\/em>, now&#8217;s as good a time as any.<\/p>\n<p><strong>John&#8217;s Pick:<\/strong> Short list this week, and I am going to have to agree with Justin. <strong>Oh My Goddess!<\/strong> (non-flipped) is worthy second visit to a great series, now as it was meant to be read from the beginning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alex&#8217;s Pick:<\/strong> This list is really depressing, but on the plus side, the books that are coming out this week are mostly good &#8211; the VIZBIG editions of <em>Inu Yasha<\/em> are my way of finally getting into the series, but my pick this week is <strong>Maoh: Juvenile Remix V.4<\/strong> because of how interesting and atypical the series is.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lori&#8217;s Pick:<\/strong> I&#8217;m going to go with Alex this week and also pick <strong>Maoh: Juvenile Remix v4<\/strong>. It&#8217;s a well written story that entertains as well as questions the reader to really think about things they might not otherwise consider. And Inukai is such a fascinating and unpredictable character, that I just have to find out what happens next!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>And the list shrinks down again.
