The Picks:

Connie’s Pick:  It’s a hard choice this week!  The current Black Butler storyline is fantastic, and finally sold me on that series.  But I also recently caught up on Blade of the Immortal, and am just starting to discover the comedy gold in Sayonara, Zetsubou-sensei.  But this week, the choice has to be A Bride’s Story volume 2.  Volume one completely knocked my socks off in terms of art and storytelling, and I’m looking forward to where Mori decides to take the slow-paced, but beautiful plot and relationships.

Justin’s Pick: This is a good week, but I’m most excited by Drops of God. I’ve wanted to see this manga since I first heard about it affecting wine prices(!) it was so popular.

Amy’s Pick: I always get stoked to see a new volume of Black Butler but my pick for this week has to be Chi’s Sweet Home! Since Sebastian likes kitties as much as I do I think he’ll understand why Chi deserves some love too.

Lori’s Pick: There are a lot of good titles coming out this week, but I think I’ll make my themed for the season. Highschool of the Dead has me morbidly curious. After reading the first three volumes, I am interested, yet repulsed by it. It’s the train wreck that you can’t look away from, and I just can’t look away this week.
